Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Implementing Law of the General Data Protection Regulation (OG 42/18), Cvijet kreativa d.o.o. (hereinafter: Company) as the owner of the brand Wonderful Weddings in Croatia, obliges to collect personal information (name and surname, e-mail address and mobile phone number) of its users only with permission and for the purpose of answering inquiries, suggestions and providing additional information and inquiries. While fulfilling the required service and providing notes and information related to the organization of the wedding or other services required, we will only use the information that is given to us personally.
We oblige not to disclose or provide personal information to a third party, except in cases where its expressly stipulated by law and when it is necessary to fulfill an obligation and then the third party becomes the processing agent. When we use processors to process your personal information on our behalf, we require that they process your personal information only in accordance with our instructions. We also require processors to sign appropriate contracts and / or statements that provide sufficient guarantees for appliance of the appropriate technical and organizational measures in such a way that data processing complies with the requirements of applicable data protection regulations and ensures the proper protection of your rights.
We hold on to your personal information and keep it in a form that allows us to identify you for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which personal information is collected and legitimately processed. This implies that we will keep and process your personal information as long as we provide services and keep them afterwards for as long as it is necessary to resolve any disputes that may arise later or as long as it is required by law. After that, we will delete your personal information or anonymize them so that they can no longer be used for identification.
All client information is strictly stored and accessible only to employees who need them in order to do their job. All company employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
